These courses are suitable for anyone who has previously completed a hypnobirthing course and would like a little reminder. This course will be run on a 1-2-1 basis over 3hrs and will cover any elements you would like to go over. Courses are available in person at your home (mileage charges apply if over 15 miles from my home in Swansea) or over Zoom.
