Swansea Group Hypnobirthing Course

Hypnobirthing will help you to feel more confident and excited about your upcoming birth. I will provide you with information, knowledge and tools to help you feel empowered, in control and ultimately help you have a more positive birth experience. My course is a comprehensive antenatal training programme that is logical and simple to follow and just makes sense. It is centred upon building your confidence and releasing fear and preconceptions that you already have surrounding labour and birth. I will assist you in feeling calmer which will help you feel more comfortable during the birth of your baby.

This group course will run for 3 consecutive weeks at the Parkhouse Therapy Centre, 12a Alexandra Rd, Gorseinon, Swansea SA4 4NW. Sessions are approximately 3hrs. Parking in the old school carpark behind Sainsbury's off Pontadulais road and lime street car park are free all day, other areas may be restricted to 1 or 2 hrs therefore please check before parking.
