Caesarean Birth Course

Hypnobirthing will help you to feel more confident and excited about your upcoming birth. I will provide you with information, knowledge and tools to help you feel empowered, in control and ultimately help you have a more positive birth experience. My course is a comprehensive antenatal training programme that is logical and simple to follow and just makes sense. It is centred upon building your confidence and releasing fear and preconceptions that you already have surrounding labour and birth. I will assist you in feeling calmer which will help you feel more comfortable during the birth of your baby.

This caesarean birth course will cover everything you need to know to help you prepare for your caesarean birth. This course will help you to feel relaxed and prepared for your caesarean birth and can also aid with the healing process after the surgery. It is ideal for those preparing for or considering choosing a caesarean birth.

The private course can take place in your home (mileage charges will occur for travel over 15miles from my home in Swansea) or over Zoom. Please select the correct ticket upon booking and I will get in touch to arrange convenient times and dates with you. The course is 5 hrs long and can be split over 1 or 2 sessions to suit you.
