🎄 A Christmas Experience Designed with SEND Families in Mind 🎄

Join us on Tuesday 22nd December, 1pm–3pm, for a magical, relaxed Christmas experience across Dinky Town and Enchanted Kingdom!

We've created a special Christmas event with a little extra thought for children who may find the excitement, noise and busy atmosphere of traditional Christmas events overwhelming. We want every child to have the opportunity to enjoy some Christmas magic, in their own way and at their own pace. ❤️

✨ What's included?

🎠 A Play Session at Dinky Town

Enjoy time exploring and playing in our little town, with plenty of opportunities for imagination and fun.

🎅 A Special Visit to Father Christmas

Meet Father Christmas in the calmer surroundings of Enchanted Kingdom. We've allowed extended 10-minute family visits instead of our usual 5-minute appointments, giving children a little more time to settle in and enjoy their special moment. Every child will also receive a Christmas present!

❤️ Flexible Father Christmas Visits

We won't allocate families a strict appointment time. Instead, our team will regularly check who is ready to meet Father Christmas and invite families through in turn. This allows children to take their time, settle in and enjoy the experience when they feel comfortable, while helping us keep things organised and ensuring every family gets their special visit.

There's no pressure to rush your child – we'll work together to make their experience as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

🍪 Optional Christmas Activities

We'll have some festive activities available, including reindeer food making and Christmas cookie decorating. Children are welcome to join in as much or as little as they wish.

✨ A Dedicated Quiet Space

Our Jungle Cuts area will be transformed into a cosy Christmas quiet room, complete with Christmas lights and a TV. This space will be available for children who need a little time away from the excitement or simply want somewhere quieter to relax.

❤️ A Little Reminder...

Every child experiences Christmas differently, and that's absolutely okay. Whether your little one wants to chat to Father Christmas, wave from a distance, take a photograph, enjoy the activities or simply explore and play, they're welcome just as they are.

Parents and carers can enjoy the experience without worrying about keeping to a strict schedule or their child needing to participate in everything.

🎟️ Booking Information

Each family booking includes their own table and a private 10-minute visit with Father Christmas. Ticket prices are based on the number of children attending, with a Christmas present included for every child.

Spaces are limited to just 10 family tables, so advance booking is essential!
