Tai Chi is an ancient practice from China and is renowned for its health and wellness benefits. Regular practice supports physical and emotional health and self-connection; it also improves fitness, circulation, mobility and bone density,

This is an 8 week beginner course and will give participants a basic practice which can be learned and done at home or with friends. It is suitable for all ages and abilities. There will be further courses for those who wish to deepen and develop their knowledge of Tai Chi.

The venue is the beautiful practice room at the Wildflower Tea Rooms just outside Thomastown; there is also an outdoor decking area surrounded by beautifully landscaped floral plants where the class will be held on fine days.

The cafe will be open following  each class, where you can find top quality lunches, delicacies and tea and coffee. The beautiful curated walled garden is also usually open for a walk.

Conor Graham is a certified Tai Chi Instructor who has been practicing for 30 years and teaching since 2017. He brings a wide range of knowledge which creates a richly resourced fund of practices:
