Enneagram Alive Webinar with Cicci Lyckow Bäckman

We're delighted be joined by Cicci Lyckow Bäckman for this Enneagram Alive webinar to launch our autumn 2024 programme.  Several Enneagram Alive team members had the great pleasure of meeting Cicci at the recent International Enneagram Association Conference in Amsterdam, where Cicci ran a fabulous workshop. Conversations flourished and this webinar was born. 

Cicci takes a fresh approach to the Riso-Hudson Enneagram 'Levels of Development' preferring the concept 'Levels of Balance'.  It's the first time we're directly addressing this subject in our webinars with reference to the original theory, so it's great now to be exploring this much-valued aspect of Enneagram study & practice.  In the webinar Cicci will explore such questions as:

• What are the Levels and what are they actually describing?
• What's the practical application?
• Do l have to diagnose a level for them to be of use?
• Can this knowledge help in my inner work practice?
• What are Wake-Up Calls, Fixations, and Centre Scrambling, and how do they relate to the Levels?

Cicci brings a great energy and impetus for action, so while she has great content to impart, the session will take an interactive, workshop format.  

Cicci Lyckow Bäckman is a Swedish Enneagram professional with over 20 years experience as a 1-1 coach, facilitator, trainer, university lecturer and author. With a background in inner growth and personal transformation she has facilitated Enneagram courses and workshops for 20+ years. She typically focuses on centres and instincts, emphasising visceral, somatic, and experiential aspects (find out more at lyckowbackman.se).  Cicci is a Certified Enneagram Teacher with the Enneagram Institute and IEA Accredited Professional.

She has written several books including Aspects of you about centres and drives, and The Enneagram Way about deeper, Enneagram-informed inner work. She is currently working on a book where the Levels of Balance is one of the key concepts.

We can also vouch for Cicci's English language skills. They are outstanding! It was no suprise to discover that she began her career with an MA in English and Swedish from Stockholm University and worked initially as a translator.
