Pull Up a Chair! The Enneagram Alive Conversation Café

Bring a glass of wine or a cup of tea — join the team and wider community for an evening of real conversation. What's most in focus for you in terms of your Enneagram practice, personally and professionally? What are the questions you’re holding, the concerns and possibilities?

Enneagram Alive belongs to its community and this September, we're opening the floor. We'll explore what Enneagram Alive is now, where we go from here and suggestions for the 2027 Programme.

Enneagram Alive is a community, and its future can’t be shaped by the team alone. We need to hear your voices, ideas and perspectives. While we can’t promise to deliver on everything you/we would like to see, this shared conversation is vital in helping us make informed decisions about what comes next.

Conversation Space - what to expect

We'll begin with time simply to arrive — no agenda, just space to say hello, reconnect with familiar faces, and meet others in the community over that glass of wine or cup of tea.

One Day in Dublin - sharing news! We'll also say a few words and share a picture or two, following the wonderful Enneagram Alive event that's just taken place, led by our Irish community.

From there, we'll open with a few live questions to set the scene — taking stock of the things that we, as your team and you, our community are already thinking about: what's happening in the wider Enneagram world right now, how global events and a shifting geopolitical landscape are showing up in our lives and practice, and what's most in focus for you personally or professionally. This summer's fires, floods and upheavals have been impossible to ignore — so we'll make room to ask, honestly: what's the Enneagram's place in helping us respond, individually and with the people around us?

From this wider context, we'll move into small-group conversation, exploring three threads together:

• Where We Are Now — what has Enneagram Alive meant to you? Does our mission still feel relevant, and what would you miss if it didn't exist?
• Where We're Going — what could the next chapter look like? Should we continue as we are, evolve, or explore something new — such as becoming the foundation for an Ireland–UK Chapter of the IEA? What would that take, and who might want to be part of it?
• What You'd Like to See — which speakers, themes or formats would interest you? Are there pioneering Enneagram professionals, from within our community, further afield or internationally, you'd like to see featured? Is there appetite for longer virtual workshops sessions or in-person gatherings?

To close, we’ll summarise as best we can! More importantly, the team will draw on your ideas to help shape Enneagram Alive’s next steps and directly inform the 2027 webinar programme. New team members are very welcome too!
