🎬 About the Film

Terror of Mechagodzilla (メカゴジラの逆襲, 1975) is the 15th film in the Godzilla franchise, serving as a direct sequel to 1974's Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla and marking the grand finale of the franchise's legendary Shōwa era.

Directed by series co-creator Ishirō Honda (his final Godzilla film) with special effects by Teruyoshi Nakano and a screenplay by Yukiko Takayama, the film stars Katsuhiko Sasaki, Tomoko Ai, Akihiko Hirata, and Gorō Mutsumi. It features the dramatic battle between Godzilla, Mechagodzilla 2, and the aquatic dinosaur Titanosaurus.

Loved by critics and tokusatsu fans worldwide for its darker, more mature storyline and tragic characters—particularly Katsura Mafune (played by special guest Tomoko Ai)—it stands as an irreplaceable masterpiece in kaiju cinema history.

⚠️ Age Guidance & Viewer Advisory: 18+ / Parental Guidance

This film contains brief nudity and mature themes (including cyborg operation scenes).

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the film is appropriate for their child.
