Taking Root: Building the Food & Farming Funders Group Together

A strategy gathering for funders shaping the future of the Food & Farming Funders Group (FFFG)

Join us for our first strategy gathering, where you'll connect with fellow funders, explore collaboration opportunities, and weigh in on what philanthropy needs to best enable a flourishing future for food and farming in the UK.

The FFFG aims to share knowledge and expertise amongst funders, and enable more efficient, collaborative, and strategic grant making for sustainable food and farming in the UK.

With the FFFG launched at Groundswell Festival this summer, and the programme up and running, we are ready to bring funders together and facilitate a participatory approach that holds the needs of this community and voices from the field at the core of the FFFG’s strategy.

This is an invite-only gathering of around 30 funders actively funding in the food and farming space, held in the beautiful OmVed Gardens. The intention is to connect as a growing community and bring your voices into the fold as we begin to co-create the FFFG’s strategic direction for 2027 and beyond.

Through the course of the gathering, we seek to cultivate a sense of collective trust and a shared vision to enable future collaboration, while we distill thematic priority areas that can later evolve into funder-championed working groups.
