Envisage This Dance Festival

Tucked away in the heart of North Yorkshire, something extraordinary is happening this October. On the 18th and 19th in four venues in Thirsk, Envisage Community Dance Company presents a vibrant Community Dance Festival celebrating movement, creativity, and culture. The weekend will feature a wide range of dance workshops for over 18's, whatever their experience or ability — from Indian Dance to Ballet, African Dance to Salsa. Alongside these, there will be a live performance evening on Saturday night, dance film screenings, a local art exhibition, and an interactive art installation. Whether you're an experienced dancer or just curious to try something new, come and join us as we celebrate the rich diversity of community dance in all its forms.

ON THE DAY

Meet at 9.30am for registration at Thirsk & Sowerby Town Hall followed by a warm-up at 10am.
