A Restorative Autumn Retreat for Women

Pause and reconnect with yourself through the healing presence of horses, nature, rest and reflection.

This is a retreat designed for women who may be spinning different plates and feeling pulled in different directions. It's also for those who simply want time and space to take stock and return to their lives with greater clarity, balance and steadiness.

This carefully designed 3-day retreat combines

• the presence of horses
• a warm and supportive circle of women
• 900 acres of private farmland
• Indian head massage for each woman who would like that 
• land based  practices designed to leave you feeling refreshed and reconnected to yourself
• delicious nourishing food across the 3 days  

Horses naturally attune to regulation and presence. They invite us out of constant thinking and back into feeling, helping us experience what it feels like to be calm, grounded and fully present in our bodies. 

No horse experience is necessary and all horse encounters are carefully facilitated and supported by experienced facilitators.

Our retreat is guided by facilitators Harriet Hanmer, Caren Wynn-Owen and Laira Gold who bring a wealth of experience, wisdom, and compassionate care to their work. Drawing on years of practice in holding transformative spaces, they create an environment where participants feel supported, seen, and encouraged to explore, grow and connect at their own pace.

Maximum 15 participants to allow for a bespoke and individualised experience

Deposit is £150 to secure your place. Remaining balance to be paid by 1st September 

Early bird tickets at £395 are available until 1st August

Full price tickets after 1st August at £425
