Grief art is powerful tool to help with emotional expression and release. This three part workshop series is centered around healing & self-compassion through each individual's unique grief journey. The arts are a tangible and sensory experience that can encourage connection with yourself and the world around you. Creation might serve as a way to unblock, release, and illuminate emotions that may need more attention.
Signing up for the first class will register you for all three sessions on April 7, 14, and 21.
No experience is required! EricsHouse will mail watercolor materials to participants. Please provide your full mailing address upon registration. There is a $75 for the series.
We will meet via Zoom from 4-5:30pm MST. Each week we will focus on specific themes...
You will receive reminders with the Zoom link 24 hours prior to each session.
