ESMOVERSE is pleased to welcome you to an experience designed to slow things down and bring people together through movement and shared moments.

The day begins on court, rotating through joyful, social group formats designed to get everyone moving, playing and connecting. Open to all levels, the session is about rhythm, flow and the simple pleasure of hitting the ball together — creating space for conversation, laughter and shared presence as naturally as the game itself.

From the court, the experience continues around the table.

Revés Bistró was born at the intersection of racquet sport, friendship and food. Founded by three friends — Héctor Suárez, Paco Budia and Sem Suárez — the project brings together a shared background in high-level gastronomy and a desire to enjoy cooking in an informal setting. After years working at the highest level, including Michelin-starred kitchens, they chose to return home and begin a new chapter in Gran Canaria.

Revés Bistró is both a nod to the tennis court that surrounds them and a reflection of a life decision: a change of direction, taken with intention.

As hosts, their approach is rooted in true hospitality: welcoming people as they are, creating a relaxed atmosphere, and letting food, guests and place do the rest. The kitchen works closely with local producers, shaping flavours that reflect the island and the moment rather than a fixed script.

The bistro lives inside Club de Tenis Tafira, an emblematic venue inaugurated in 1991, where tennis has been played for more than three decades. A place with memory, rhythm and calm.

Around an intimate communal table, you’ll share a seasonal menu prepared to be enjoyed slowly — a chance to meet new people and spark meaningful conversations.

The ticket includes the tennis session on a private court, a welcome drink and lunch at Revés Bistró. The menu will not be disclosed until the day; please let us know of any serious allergies in advance and the kitchen will make sure you’re looked after.
