Book Club Fall 2026 - Upper Intermediate Group

We invite you to join us for Esperienza's online Italian reading program, a fun place to connect with local Italians from Romagna and other students, as we practice comprehension, speaking and listening in Italian. The program consists of 8 weekly 60-minute online group discussion sessions (using Zoom). Our groups are an excellent complement to formal classes or self-study programs.

We will be reading "Io Non Ho Paura" by Niccolò Ammaniti. In addition to registering for the program, students will need to purchase the book, , available in paperback here (or at other online retailers) or here as a Kindle e-book.

This program is for upper intermediate students who are at the B2 level. Our levels are based on the framework shown here. In this group level, some reading will be assigned before each group meeting, so most of our time may be devoted to discussion of the book and to specific, more challenging passages.
