Disclaimer: Full board means Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast and lunch on Sunday. 

Note basic accommodation is shared bathroom, shared self catering kitchen, corridors of 4/5 single rooms with single beds, manual locks to rooms / corridor / building, movement sensitive light facility in bathroom.

Comfortable accommodation is ensuite, small doubles for single or double occupancy, let us know if you want self catering , corrdiors of ten, electric swipe card access within the building, corridors and rooms.

NOTE: Convention Nights refers to the night of Friday 25th and Saturday 26th. We also offer tickets with an extra night for Thursday 24th as well, though note that there is only an optional meal out in Stirling town centre on Thursday night.

Deadline for cancellations is Wednesday 12th July 11pm. Before this time a full refund for cancellations. After this time. A full refund after the convention has taken place, only IF the total number of places increases by the time of the convention. Otherwise NO refund. On the 12th of July we commit to final numbers, new bookings can take place if the university can accommodate, which is very likely. Last year we took a booking on the Thursday of the convention.
