Join us for the return of our Heli-Hounds Dog walk – and Help Save Lives! 🐶🚶‍♂️🚁

We're thrilled to invite you and your four-legged friends to take part in our Heli Hounds Dog Walk – a fun and friendly 5K group walk for dogs and their humans, all in support of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.

When you sign up, we’d love it if you could help raise a bit of sponsorship too. Whether it’s £10 or £100, every pound helps keep our helicopters in the sky and critical care teams on the road responding to patients in their time of need. Essex & Herts Air Ambulance relies on the support of people like you (and your brilliant dogs!) to keep flying.

So when you buy your ticket, why not set up a fundraising page for your pooch too?
We’ll even be celebrating our top doggy fundraisers on the day!

Let's put our best paws forward and raise some tail-waggingly good funds for a fantastic cause.

See you at the start line!

Register online and join us on the day with free parking at our Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Fundraising Office on Earls Colne Business Park.  We will be serving breakfast rolls and hot drinks, for the welcome and socialising hour. The walk will start from the Fundraising Office and follow a 3 mile walk around the perimeter of the Marks Hall Estate in a circular route. There is a refreshment stop at the Visitor Centre at Marks Hall Estate where participants can purchase food and drink from take-away facilities and EHAAT volunteers will be in place with fresh drinking water for the dogs.

An official walk leader will lead the walk at the front, with additional EHAAT staff walkers in amongst the participants. EHAAT volunteers will marshal the route along with some signage. Dog waste bins are available for use on the Marks Hall Estate and additional dog waste bins will be provided on the event site.
