Thank you for your support and patience during the build up to this year’s return of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Motorcycle Run. We know you have all been eagerly awaiting the day along with us.
However, It is with a heavy heart we now inform you that following the very sad announcement of the passing of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, this year’s Motorcycle Run and Harwich Family Fun day has been formally cancelled. We cannot respectfully, or safely continue with our plans for the event.
Unfortunately, due to numerous factors out of our control, it has not been possible to postpone the event to later this month. Therefore, the next live Motorcycle Run will take place in 2023. We apologise for any disappointment caused and ask for your understanding at this time.
We need your support more than ever and would love you, as you may have done in previous years, to continue with your own run ‘I did it My Way’ from the 20th September until the end of the month. Send us in your photos and tell us what you got up to for a gallery wall on our website.
Your sponsorship money will be vital to making ‘I did it My Way’; a success, so please use the paper forms mailed out to you or downloadable online here. You can also support us via JustGiving
All T-shirt orders for MCR have now been dispatched to ticket holders. In lieu of the live event and for all those taking part in ‘I did it My Way’ who have not yet got their T-shirt, we will be selling the T-shirts online - follow the link above. Please show your support, wear your 2022 MCR T-shirt proudly and help us raise vital life-saving funds to keep YOUR local Air Ambulance flying!
