Here at Essex and Herts Air Ambulance we are excited to be bringing back the LIVE Motorcycle Run & Harwich Family Fun Day this Autumn!

Welcome to pre-registration sign ups for the event. To select your ticket, order a t-shirt and event pack please follow the yellow registration button above. 

Be sure to select a free prize draw ticket to be entered into our draw to win one of 3 fantastic prizes! The draw will be announced on the day in Harwich, winners will be contacted after the event if you are not present. Prizes include weekend tickets to the Brands Hatch British Superbike Championship Showdown on 13th, 14^th & 15th October 2023!

Pre Registration closes on Friday 1st September!

Join us as we begin the 60 mile ride from outside the new Air Base of EHAAT at North Weald Airfield.  North Weald opens at 8am for Pay on the Day and Pre – Registered Bikes. The ride will depart from 10am. Spectators cannot join at North Weald, please make your way to Harwich to welcome the bikes.

The ride will follow the A414, A12 & A120 to the finish line and Family Fun Day by the sea in Harwich! Enjoy entertainment on the Green at Harwich including live bands until 4pm.

Please note that A12  Junction 15 just before Ingatestone will be closed Southbound from the 8^th – 11^th September with overnight works taking place. Please follow the official diversion if you are taking this route home from the run.

Please note if you are registering for a group, pre reg pack including all headlight stickers will be sent to the lead booker. Events packs including headlight stickers and t-shirts will be posted out to you from July in time for the event.

Full protective equipment including a properly fastened crash helmet and clothing must be worn at all times, safe fancy dress is encouraged. Riders take part at their own risk.
