Lunar New Year Celebration

Join the Ethos family as we celebrate the Lunar New Year in the only way we know how -- together! Our celebration will feature traditional foods that symbolize prosperity, health, and community. Expect a few stations of hot pot -- a communal experience of cooking and enjoying food together. 

Tickets include entry to the event where multiple stations of various food items are available for guests to sample and enjoy as well as complimentary hot tea bar. Bar will be open with full beverage menu to add onto the evening. 

All guests will be entered into a raffle for a traditional red envelope (i.e. ca$h).

Menu will feature

• Hot pots will feature meat, tofu, seafood, and various veggie options [GF options available]
• Fried Rice [GF]
• Lo mein
• Soy sauce braised chicken [GF]
• Thit Kho (Vietnamese braised pork belly) [GF]
• Lo Bak Go (savory daikon radish cake)
• Dessert table will feature specialty dessert representing health, wealth, and a prosperous new year!
