COVID Guidance!

We continue to follow closely the UK and Scottish Government guidance available to us, to help keep all attendees at our events as safe as possible. Whilst anticipated attendee numbers will not require the need for us to check vaccine certificates, we summarise best guidance for all attendees in advance:-

• Please make sure you are fully vaccinated;
• If anyone within your party are exhibiting COVID symptoms, please do not travel to the event;
• Please take a Lateral Flow Test at home prior to travelling, and if positive, please do not travel to the event and follow ScotGov guidance;
• Clean hands regularly, and if possible, travel with hand sanitiser (there will be hand sanitiser available at the event);
• On arrival at the venue, please wear a mask within any indoor areas (unless you are exempt or 12 years of age and under);
• Please use hand sanitiser on arrival and check-in using the NHS Check-in App;
• If there are any areas where crowds have formed, please consider going back to that area when quieter;
• If you wish to have lengthy discussions with any of the exhibitors, please consider taking these out of the room. We will have the fire exits ajar (subject to weather conditions) so that the room is well ventilated and people can discuss their projects outwith the main venue;
• On exiting the venue, consider using hand sanitiser which will be available at the main exit.
