Middle Eastern Halloween Night

We have been recently informed by the venue that we are unable to host the Halloween Night. We apologise for this, all tickets will be refunded tonight. 

EVENT HIGHLIGHT

Doors open from 6pm, you will be welcomed by our friendly host and escorted to your table. Whether you are looking to enjoy great music, taste Middle eastern starters or try exotic drinks, our event is designed to provide you with a unique experience on this special night. 

VENUE

The Balkan is a brand new venue based in west London, few minutes walk from Wembley Central station. Boosting a capacity of 120 guests serving a wide range of drinks. The venue has an exotic interior with cutting edge sound system and lighting and cosy settings which makes it perfect for this occasion. 

 ENTERTAINMENT

Special lineup of entertainment has been arranged featuring DJ Funky East, guest djs playing a mix of Persian,  Arabic,  oriental, Latin, RnB and House music. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES

The venue will be taking the following measures to ensure safety. 

• Collect guest information including name and contact details to support track and trace policy
• Provide hand sanitiser upon arrival and around the venue for guests to use
• Apply 1 meter distance between each table and allocate guests to relevant tables
• Take contactless payments from guests
• Serve drinks to guests on their allocated tables

As a guest, you are required to strictly follow the rules below. 

• Please DO NOT attend this event if you or anyone you have been in contact with, are showing symptoms of COVID-19.
• Please use sanitiser stations that are provided on arrival and around the venue for your safety and convenience.
• Please respect one another’s personal space, and keep your distance where indicated.
• Please inform the waiter if you have allergy problems for food. 

TICKET POLICY

Ticket includes the following

• Entry to the event
• Premium table in the venue
• A selection of Middle Eastern starters
• A jug of alcoholic cocktail 

Ticket Prices

• Early Bird Ticket: £30 expires 26 October
• Standard Ticket: £35 expires 30 October
• Last Minute Ticket: £40 expires 31 October

Booking Policy

• Entry is by reservation only. Tickets can only be purchased online. No ticket no entry. Tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.
• Guests are encouraged to buy tickets in pairs of 2, or 4 in order to allocate relevant table and ensure distancing rules.
• Due to high demand and limited seat availability, you are advised to book well in advance.
• Dress code is strictly smart, no trainers or tracksuits. 
• Valid ID card required, 18+
