THE ORGANISER

We are the official host for exclusive Middle Eastern events in London. Established in 2015, we have thrown some of the biggest parties in town including themed events, boat parties and club nights. Having successfully hosted over 100 events, we have established ourselves as the one of the most trusted brands in the industry with huge followers and loyal fans that attend our events regularly. THE VENUE
Having hosted many events over the last 6 years, we have built a great network of suppliers and partner venues. As New Years Eve is one of our very special nights, its important for us to choose the right venue and the right location. Having delivered a sold out NYE party at Double Tree by Hilton 2 years ago, we have decided to come back again this year.

Double Tree by Hilton is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Kensington few minutes walk from Gloucester Road station and free parking after 6:30 pm. With a capacity of 100 guests, the venue not only has a VIP ballroom for the main party but also a secret garden with a candle lit tent for welcome drinks and canapes. A specially curated Middle Eastern food menu has been designed for this special night alongside a range of exotic drinks and cocktails.

THE ENTERTAINMENT
Having the right entertainment is as important as selecting the right venue. As a leading entertainment company with over 6 years experience in performing and hosting multiple events across the UK, we have some of the most established and well known DJs in town who are experts in building the night and taking the crowd on a musical journey from Persian and Arabic to Turkish and oriental as well as RnB, House and club beats.

The night will start with a unique performance by our exotic tropical dancers followed by special sets by DJ Bandy and DJ Bandy. Expect the finest blend in traditional and modern Middle Eastern music fused with western beats.

What is the difference between dinner an party ticket?

Dinner ticket provides you with full experience on the night including access to both secret garden and VIP ballroom from 7:30pm, allocated seat as well as welcome drink, canape and 3 course open buffet. Party ticket entitled you to entry from 10 pm only, drinks can be purchased by the bar.

Can i reserve my ticket or buy it at at the door?

Unfortunately not, we put a lot of effort and energy on planning and delivering great nights and for us to do that we kindly ask our guests to book tickets online in order for us to inform the venue on numbers. Tickets must be purchased online.

Is there congestion charge or parking in the areas?

Kensington is not part of the congestion charge, free parking is available after 6:30 nearby.

What kind of guests attend your events?

We have a mixture of young and mature crowd including professionals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds. Over the years, we have built great fans and followers that attend regularly due to our warm hospitality and friendly crowd. As we promote Middle Eastern art, music and culture, we have a mixture of guests with Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Kurdish, Greek, Armenian and Middle Eastern origin that love our events as well as non Middle easterners that appreciate our music.

How do you allocate seats on the night?

Seats will be allocated based on the nature of the booking. There will area for young guests, area for couples and area for families. Each table accommodates 10 seats, we will try our best to allocate you to the perfect table in order to provide you with a great experience.

Can i bring children with me to the event?

Children are allowed as long as they are accompanied by their guardians or parents. special discount will be applied to families with children and they will be seated in a designated family area. You are advised to book your adult tickets and email info@etxentertainment.com with booking details and we will be in contact you to arrange the rest.

What kind of music do you play at your events?

Our DJs play a fusion of eastern western music including Persian, Arabic, Turkish, oriental, RnB, Hip Hop, House, Reggeatton and club beats.

Can I get a refund if I book my ticket and i am unable to attend

Tickets are non refundable however they may be exchangeable for future events. We host regular monthly event in London.
