European Movement AGM 2026

About the AGM

Our Annual General Meeting will take on Saturday 14th November 2026 from 1pm - 4pm. 

It will take place in a hybrid format with an in person meeting at the Leeds City Museum, and an option to attend virtually via Zoom. Doors will open at 12:30 for the in-person event, and we will go live via Zoom at 1pm.

At the AGM, members will meet to discuss our future direction and hear about the work we have done this year.

Registration information

REGISTRATION FOR THE AGM CLOSES AT 12PM ON FRIDAY 13TH NOVEMBER.

Please note that no registrations are possible after this time due to the manual process that is needed to validate the membership of each person who RSVPs, to add them to the appropriate system, and then send confirmation e-mails.

Those who register to attend virtually will receive the link to join the meeting on the afternoon of Friday 13th November. Those who register to attend in person will receive full arrival instructions at the same time.

Please only register for one type of ticket - in person or online. If you need to change your registration at a later date, please cancel your original ticket and register again for your preferred method of attendance.

Please note that you can only register for one ticket at a time. Should you need to register for more than one ticket - for example to reserve a seat at the event in Leeds for you and your partner, or to register multiple people watching virtually in the same house so that they all receive a vote in proceedings - then please complete the checkout process for each person individually.

Accessibility information

The event in Leeds is fully accessible. There is a dedicated accessible entrance to the left of the main entrance, and the room in which the AGM is taking place is completely flat. Staff and volunteers will be on hand in the venue to direct you to the correct room.

The online version of the AGM will take place via Zoom, which has a closed caption / subtitle system for those who may find it useful.

We encourage people to inform us of any accessibility requirements that they have during the RSVP process, so that we can make any reasonable adjustments that may be necessary to maximise your participation and enjoyment of the event.

This meeting is open to members of the European Movement only, and non-members who register will have their registration cancelled. If you need a non-member to attend with you as a carer, or for other accessibility reasons, then please e-mail accessibility@europeanmovement.co.uk.
