EMBODYING THE SNAKE- an exciting new 8-week course exploring Snake Medicine for our Times
with Eva Weaver & special Guests

Snakes are creatures of the threshold often associated with initiation, transformation, healing, sexuality and sensuality and creativity.

As we learn to navigate the many challenges of our times and in our own lives, we can tune into the energy of snakes for guidance. 
Snake are masters of residing in the void, shedding their skins and creating themselves anew. 

Snake also has a lot to teach us about embodiment: connecting with love to our bodies, inhabiting our skin, deep listening, resting & nurturing embodied intuition...

Snake helps us to:

* live more harmonically with our body's cycles and rhythms

EMBODYING THE SNAKE is an invitation to connect with serpent symbolism through embodied exercises, deep inner journeys, breathwork, free-writing, meditation and other embodied practices within the beautiful container of a supportive group.

Come and enjoy this unique 6-week journey with a series of embodied practises, illuminating talks, time with your journals and open to the wisdom of the snakes.

What we will be exploring:

Week 1- 
Transformation - the power of shedding the old
We begin our journey by diving into the most known symbolism of snake: that of shedding & regeneration
Through an embodied ritual you will have an opportunity symbolically shed old skins and move forward renewed. 

Week 2 - 
Aliveness and Cyclical Living- on right timing and good action
We explore the natural cycles and what we can learn from snakes: rest & digest, hibernating, shedding, hunting.
Honouring our bodies, life stages and inner seasons.

Week 3- 
 Intuition, mystery & the snake as shamanic ally
We explore Intuition grounded in the body, how snakes appear in dreams and shamanic journeys, the symbolism of the ouroboros
 and the snake as a wise guide. 

Week 4- 
Tapping into natural sexual energy, connecting with Eros -
This is an evening dedicated to the reclamation of the snake and our sexuality and sensuality as powerful and natural. 
We explore the energy of uncoiling and unbinding and the symbolism of Kundalini with an embodied meditation.

Session 5 - 
Embodying Power- setting healthy boundaries & facing fears
Teachings from the rattle snake... snakes are known for their ability to set clear boundaries and defend themselves. This session we explore 
how snake can teach us about the importance of establishing healthy boundaries that are perceived and expressed in a deeply embodied way. 

Week 6- 
Creativity, embodied life force & cycles of creation
We explore how snake appears in creation myths across the globe and how it can support our creative expression 
and natural cycles of creation. 

Week 7-
Healing: how serpent supports physical & mental wellbeing
This week we explore how snake became to be the symbol of healing- the ancient Asklepian Temples where healing occurred through dreaming with snakes in the darl...

​Week 8
Cosmic snake: Snake as oracular ally, alchemical symbol & guide between earth & cosmosSnake has been connected with spirituality for thousands of years. We explore Pythia, the snake priestess at the oracle of Delphi, how snake became to be a vital symbol of Alchemy and snake as bridge between the earth and cosmic realm.

Eva Weaver

Eva is a queer author, coach & bodyworker. Her lifelong interest in embodiment, creativity and the power of the erotic has led her to train as an art therapist, breathwork practitioner, Firewalk instructor and eventually as a sexological bodyworker.
Now, she is weaving the creative, embodied and erotic into powerful offerings, be it through Writing from the Body, Wild Write groups, Back to Sex coaching, or Snake Medicine Retreats.

She is also in training with her beautiful Royal Python Syd, her snake companion of four years and her late snake Myst, who still teaches from the beyond. Eva has been fascinated by snakes all of her life, especially exploring what the snake priestesses of ancient Greece can teach us now. She loves to breathe new life into this tradition whilst honouring this lineage.

Eva has been running workshop and retreats for thirty years, both in the UK and internationally. She brings her unique style of warmth, depth, humour, knowledge and compassion to all of her work, leading people on deep, empowering journeys.
She lives in Saltdean, near Brighton at Phoenix Nest, from which she runs one to one immersions and small retreats.

Bayari Lou Beegan

Bayari is a sensual alchemist and loves to weave the ancient with the new. Her background is multi-disciplined, from Tantra to Angelic. She is a seasoned space holder in Tantra, having supported teachers for years. She also formerly offered 1-2-1 Tantric bodywork sessions called Awakening your Essence. Alongside this she became a much-loved retreat cook, conjuring nourishing delights. She brings this and her flair for potions to all that she offers. Bayari is also a Master in Angelic Reiki who runs healing circles and private sessions. This brings a divine holding and connection to the benevolent realms. She has a passion for Oracle cards, too, so this cosmic combination will flavour the retreat as we Enter the Mystery.

Bayari and Eva are life-long friends and colleagues. They met on a workshop delving into the Great Mysteries and continue on this path, hand-in-hand.

 Claire Lecarpentier:

Claire is a passionate business coach and entrepreneur, and a mother of three grown children.
With her experience as a business leader in both France and abroad, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of the business world. Alongside her professional and family responsibilities, Claire has always nurtured a profound spiritual journey. She has explored various practices and traditions, seeking to integrate spiritual teachings into her daily life.

As a co-facilitator of the Introduction to Shamanism workshop, Claire brings her unique vision by combining practical and pragmatic approaches with an openness to the spiritual dimension. She guides participants through a journey of discovery and integration, with humour, kindness, and boldness.
Claire is currently enrolled in the Advanced Core Shamanic 3-year programme from the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS), further deepening her understanding and practice of shamanism.

What is important to her is to teach tools to help participants find a balance between the material realities and the invisible dimensions of life and to be able to use them independently.

Juliana Goldstone

Juliana Goldstone is a Somatic Sex Educator, Pelvic Health Specialist, psychedelic guide, mother, and lover living in the green mountains of Vermont. She enjoys swimming in cold rivers, laying on warm rocks and exploring the edges of pleasure and consciousness.

She is also a psychedelic integration coach and pleasure doula. She support humans to live more Boldly Embodied Lives.
