All Schools welcome, Pre School, Public School Privet School’s & Homeschool Groups

Please follow the steps below to book your visit:

• Review our online calendar to see available field trip dates.
• Once you have selected a date, reserve your class time by purchasing one (1) ticket for that time slot.

After your time slot has been purchased, we will contact you directly to:

• Confirm the number of students attending
• Confirm the ages and/or grade levels of the students
• This allows us to tailor the educational portion of the visit to your class.
• All attendees require a ticket, including students, parents, and siblings.

There is a 50-person maximum per time slot.

• If you expect more than 50 attendees, please book two time slots on the same day when possible.
• When possible, please divide larger groups by age or grade level.
• For example: a homeschool co-op booking two time slots may divide groups as Preschool–3rd Grade and 4th–8th Grade....

Tickets are $15 per person and include:

• 15 daffodils — guests get to choose and pick themselves.
•  Educational materials
• Access to our farm petting zoo

How to Pay for Your Field Trip

• We understand that organizing permission slips and collecting funds can take time. To make this process easier, please follow the guidelines below:
• Please email completed permission slips at least one (1) day prior to your scheduled field trip to: Hello@evelynesfarm.com

Payment options:

• Purchase additional tickets online through Ticket Tailor:

• OR bring one check with you on the day of the field trip to cover the total balance due.
• Checks should be made payable to Evelyne’s LLC.
