Evening 4 Eddie

Join us for a Golf Day & Evening do on the 1st of August 2026. The event will be held at The Warwickshire (Leek Wooten, Warwickshire). Why? We're raising money for two incredible charities in honour of our son Eddie, who would've been 4 this summer. The day will consist of 18 holes of golf on Earl's course, teams of 4, competitions & breakfast before you tee off. The evening is based in the golf clubhouse, with a wrap-around outdoor porch looking over the golf course on hopefully a very warm evening! Arrival from 6 pm, soft play for little ones, a warm evening buffet cooked on site, unlimited Dutch pancakes, raffle, DJ & entertainment. An excuse to dress up (please leave denim and tracksuits for another day!), eat great food & raise money for two amazing charities: The Lily Mae Foundation, which supported thousands of families and us from the first whack of grief. When the room fell quiet, we were given a white box full of memory-making tools which provided us with irreplaceable memories of Eddie. Furthermore, the LMF supported us by providing 1-1 counselling sessions, group grief sessions and many events throughout the year where we could go and honour Eddie. The LMF has a strong ethos of support for Dads which we find so important, and hope this support can continue to be pushed out to those local and far. We're also raising money for UHCW Charity- Preterm Prevention Clinic who enabled us to bring our beautiful boys home after another preterm pregnancy. The clinic provided us with above-and-beyond support, knowledge, and medically saved our boys over and over. We stayed in hospital for months in a side room and hope to raise money for equipment to make that stay more comfortable for bedrest patients.
