Mommy, Me & Baby Goats Yoga

Celebrate the newest additions to Alaska Farms with this special seasonal yoga experience! We recently welcomed 7 baby goats to the farm, and for a limited time, families can enjoy a gentle Mommy & Me yoga class surrounded by our adorable newborn kids during their first months of life.

Designed for parents, caregivers, and children ages 0-3, this unique class combines mindful movement, connection, and plenty of baby goat cuddles in a relaxed farm setting. Share a yoga mat with your little one as you stretch, breathe, and move together while our month-old baby goats wander through the studio, offering moments of joy, curiosity, and connection.

Unlike traditional Goat Yoga classes, this experience is slower-paced and designed specifically for young children and their caregivers. Feeding, soothing, nursing, diaper changes, and wiggly moments are always welcome.

The focus is on creating special memories with your child while enjoying gentle movement, fresh air, and the calming presence of our newest farm babies.

Class Includes:

What's Provided:
• Sanitized yoga mats are provided for each family and set up before class
• Hand-washing and sanitizing stations are available on-site

Please Note:
• Designed for children ages 0-3 years old.
• One child is included per participating adult.
• This class is intentionally relaxed, flexible, and child-friendly.
• Crying, feeding, nursing, diaper changes, and movement breaks are completely welcome.
• Two trained animal handlers will be present throughout the experience to monitor interactions, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and quickly address any little goat accidents during class.
• Our baby goats are free to explore, cuddle, play, or nap throughout the session.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
• Rain or shine, our covered studio provides a comfortable environment for both families and goats.
