✨ RETROGRADE RECOVERY ✨

Anyone else feeling like the universe has been asking them to do some serious inner work lately?

These past few weeks have felt INTENSE.

With so much retrograde energy in the mix, we’re being invited to dig deeper, face uncomfortable truths, and confront the things we’ve been avoiding or sweeping under the rug.

Old patterns. Unprocessed emotions. Parts of ourselves asking to be seen, heard, and loved.

And while this kind of inner work can be transformative, it can also be exhausting.

Sometimes we need permission to pause, integrate, and recharge before continuing forward.

That’s what Retrograde Recovery is all about.

Join Janette and Kat for an afternoon of intentional breathwork and immersive sound healing to support nervous system regulation, release accumulated stress, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate clarity, courage, and self-compassion.

Because healing isn’t always about digging deeper or doing more. It’s not about avoiding what needs our attention.

Sometimes it’s about resting, softening, and remembering that we can face the hard things without abandoning ourselves in the process.

It’s about feeling grounded, supported, and brave enough to meet it with clarity and self-love 🤍
