Fired Up at Everards Farm returns - a night of fire, feast, and celebration, hosted with chef Bruce Clyne-Watson of Alba.
This January, we’re marking Burns Night with a Scottish-inspired menu cooked over open flame - a feast that celebrates good food, good company, and the joy of gathering together.
Begin your evening with a whisky dram from Circumstance Distillery, marking the start of our new partnership, before sitting down to a multi-course feast cooked over fire.
The evening's menu designed to honour the spirit of Burns:

Black isle black pudding wonton + hot sauce
Starter
Hot smoked Scottish sea trout + watercress
Main
Whole local venison a la cruz - over wood + coal
homemade spiced traditional haggis
Benromach whisky sauce + jus
Fire roast pink fir "tatties"
Chappit neeps, my dads honey + brown butter burnt hispi + crispy XO + oat
Dessert
Tipsy laird + a wee dram
