Join us for a day focused on the often-forgotten basics of health and wellbeing. Through practical workshops and expert advice, you will learn simple strategies to improve your strength, pelvic health and sleep, while connecting with other women.

Strength workshop with Kat
Learn the basics of using dumbbells and barbells safely and effectively. This practical session will help you build confidence in the free weights area and understand what good lifting technique looks and feels like. Take home a simple technique guide.
1.15pm to 1.45pm
Lunch and networking
1.45pm to 2.30pm
Pelvic health workshop with Claire
Learn what the pelvic floor does, how common pelvic floor problems are and how they can affect everyday life. Claire will guide you through how to perform pelvic floor exercises correctly and provide information on further support and resources.
2.30pm to 4.00pm
Sleep workshop with Dr Sarah Caddy
Understand the basics of healthy sleep and why sleep problems happen. Using the Chimp Model and practical behaviour change techniques, Claire will share tools to help manage busy thoughts, reduce frustration and improve sleep habits.
4.00pm
Questions, close and goodie bags
A relaxed and welcoming day designed to give women practical knowledge, confidence and simple actions they can take away and use in everyday life.
