While our permanent Fly Dance Fitness studio is being built, we’ll be dancing together every Wednesday night and Saturday morning at RockStar Academy of Dance.

Join us for Throw Down 101, our signature beginner-friendly dance fitness class. You’ll spend one full hour breaking down choreography, building confidence, and dancing full-out in an environment that’s welcoming, encouraging, and seriously fun. No dance experience needed—just show up ready to move!

Reserve as many classes in advance as you’d like! Spots are limited each week, so we recommend reserving early.
