Fire and Ice Community Sauna is a trading name of Every Man Can CIC. Our pop-up sauna is a service for everyone, Men, Women, Mums, Dads, Guardians with their 11+ children.

Every Man Can is a non profit Community Interest Company registered in April 2024. We run health and wellbeing services for men, women and families in order to raise money for our key purpose, online and face to face preventative mens health improvements, starting initially in the Tees Valley area.

To help us raise funds, we provide wellbeing services for : (boys/girls/men/women/clubs and associations/corporates/private functions/events/festivals) through:

• Fire and Ice Community Sauna (Book below)
• Training including Trauma awareness, conflict prevention, mental wellbeing and a variety of engaging mens health toolbox workshops.
• 1 2 1 - Trauma and change therapies
• Podcast and audio recording services for content growth, project evaluations and collecting feedback in novel ways.

We have already provided entirely self funded:

• Lived Experience speaker sessions targeting men and boys.
• Every Kid Can pilot ran voluntarily in a Middlesbrough Secondary School - Finding success in group podcast production session working with boys at greatest risk of exclusion or suspension.
• Training to mixed groups for conflict prevention/mens awareness workshops to industry
• Beneficiary sauna sessions for volunteers and service users
  
• Our Three Wise Fools and Mental Strength Podcast library of incredible content from some top local experts and lived experience stories
• Weekly wild sauna sessions across the area
• and more coming in from our 3 year plan.

and we're starting developments soon with:

• Re-establishing the South Tees Mens Health Network and expanding it to the Tees Valley over the next 2 years. Making Every Man Can the go to brand for men seeking what can work for them.
• Re-establishing Men's Health Showcase Events across South Tees initially to connect providers and drive and support new developments to get men doign what works for them.
• Digital storytelling - Helping men with Lived experience create their own 3 minute stories of positive change led by their own actions to inspire hope and action in others.
• Our men's health website content hub with interviews, podcasts, social media links and event bookings
• Mens events and collaborations in partnership with the excellent range of mens health support services locally
• Mens Health Champions Training to come in 2026
• Expanding our Sauna beneficiary programme to a referral service for contrast  (Heat/Cold) Therapy in our Saunas and Ice Baths. 

We evolved into a not for profit Ltd company from our origin as a Mens Health campaign in Middlesbrough called Boro Man Can. We are using Boro Man Can's research report and local mens health data to direct our future developments.
