Winter sessions for 2025/26 over selected Saturdays/Sundays now available to book at the serene Wyke Lodges.

Across the winter months, we are running the occasional Sunday all dayer along with the new fortnightly all-day Saturday Sauna Sessions at Wyke Lodges, off the Guisborough/Nunthorpe bypass (opposite The Cross Keys). These are for all Adults with family sessions available as usual at all our venues on request; bookings are now open for November 2025 to February 2026.

Please note:

• Initial availability is sometimes limited to peak sessions. As these fill to 50% capacity (4 bookings per hour), additional sessions will be released—including some early bird discounted options.

• Every 1-hour session now includes a donation-based spot, designed to support those facing financial hardship. No questions asked, no difference in treatment—just book your place and enter what you can afford in the donation box during booking. Everyone is welcome. Sauna for all.

Escape the everyday and step into a world of serene tranquility with our new sauna and cold dip sessions at Wyke Lodges. We're bringing the revitalizing tradition of Scandinavian-style sauna to a peaceful corner of a beautiful lodges park, offering a unique and calming alternative to the beach.

This isn't your average gym sauna. Our Swedish Sauna tent sessions are a celebration of well-being, where you can experience the powerful blend of warmth, nature, and community. Imagine the invigorating heat of our wood-fired sauna, the satisfying crackle of the fire, and the steam rising from the hot rocks (Löyly). After a deep sweat, you'll feel completely renewed as you take a revitalizing dip in our cooled and filtered cold plunge bath.

Our peaceful location at Wyke Lodges offers more than just a session; it's a gathering space for shared well-being. A lovely cafe is just by our setting, serving delicious hot chocolates, snacks, and more, all with stunning views of the local Cleveland Hills and Valleys including Roseberry Topping. It's the perfect way to unwind after your session, surrounded by peaceful parkland.

Session Details & Pricing

We have sessions designed for every kind of sauna-goer:

• Single Sauna Session (Adult 18+): £12 - Our regular public sessions.
• Early Bird Hour (First Saturday/Sunday Session): Adults 18+ for £10 - Sauna and Dip, First of the day, relax and chill, no frills.
• Dark Sauna with Meditation/Breathwork - £14 per person. 75 minute sauna session includes cool to hot build up with 25 minute meditation, relaxing breathwork and sauna cool down time to integrate.
• Dark Sauna/Fire and Ice Fusion - Varying enhanced and extending wellbeing sessions from £20 upwards.
• Family Sessions (CONTACT US TO CONVERT A SESSION TO A FAMILY SESSION, please message us on socials, everymancancic@gmail.com or whats app on 07986 632578): £18 for 1 x adult and 1 x 11+ child. Safely enjoy a numbers limited 3 x adult, 3 x children smaller session with specific guidance for your child outlined in your booking confirmation.
