Across the summer months, and on almost all weekends, we are running every Sunday alternating each week between a Morning to early afternoon and an early afternoon to evening/sunset sessions at Marske Sands Beach for all Adults and accompanying children from 11 years old upwards; bookings are now open for May with June to August 2026 coming soon.

Please note:

• Initial availability is sometimes limited to peak sessions. As these fill to 50% capacity (4 bookings per hour), additional sessions will be released—including some early bird discounted options.

• Every 1-hour session now includes a donation-based spot, designed to support those facing financial hardship. No questions asked, no difference in treatment—just book your place and enter what you can afford in the donation box during booking. Everyone is welcome. Sauna for all.

Welcome to the Marske Beach Sauna and Cold Dips session booking page! We're continuing to bring the ancient tradition of Scandinavian-style sauna to the stunning, quieter sands of Marske-by-the-Sea. This is your invitation to experience a powerful blend of warmth, nature, and community right here on our beautiful coastline.

This isn't your average gym sauna. Our sessions are a celebration of community and well-being. Imagine this: the invigorating high of the wood-fired heat, the crackle of the fire, the steam rising from the hot rocks (Löyly), and the revitalizing dip in the North Sea. There's nothing quite like the feeling of the salty waves on your skin after a deep sweat, surrounded by the peaceful views of the beach.

Experience the Magic

We're more than just a sauna; we're a gathering space built for connection and shared well-being. Look out for our special last session of the day Fusion Sessions, where we create a deeply immersive experience. For a small extra fee, these include a full 75 minute sauna session with a guided meditation and breathwork, or, an integrated wellbeing activity, in collaboration with local established providers, offering unique, 'Fire and Ice Fusion' sessions that will nourish your mind and body. Prices range from £15 per person upwards depending on the offer.

Session Details & Pricing

We have sessions designed for every kind of sauna-goer:

• Single Sauna Session (Adult 18+): £12 - Our regular public sessions with 5 minute basic guided breathwork at session end on request.
• Extended 90 minute Single Sauna Session (Adult 18+): £18 - Our extended public sessions with 5 minute guided breathwork during session on request.
• Fire and Ice Fusion - Varying enhanced and extending wellbeing sessions from £15 upwards. We always have a last session afternoon/evening sessions at £15 per person for 75 min session including guided breathwork/meditation and integration.
• Family Sessions (CONTACT US TO CONVERT A SESSION TO A FAMILY SESSION, please message us on socials, everymancancic@gmail.com or whats app on 07986 632578): £18 for 1 x adult and 1 x 11+ child. Safely enjoy a numbers limited 3 x adult, 3 x children smaller session with specific guidance for your child outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Donation based place - designed to support those facing financial hardship. No questions asked, no difference in treatment—just book your place and enter what you can afford, from £0 in the donation box during booking. Everyone is welcome. Promoting Sauna for all.
