These FREE mindfulness sessions, delivered through the Peri Meri Menopause Moments Project, include meditation, movement, taking a mindful pause, breathwork and tips that will help you to embrace the present moment, meaning that you will be able to distance yourself from unhelpful thoughts and feelings, lessening stress and anxiety and increasing that feeling of peace and tranquillity!
This is training the brain to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, helping us not to overreact or be overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. This allows inner calm by acknowledging thoughts and feelings but not feeling the need to engage with them.
The sessions are 1 hour in duration and are for anyone so please feel free to join us! ☺️
