We’re delighted to be able to offer you an introductory session to Menopause Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Many of you will already know Julia, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, from the Medications session within the Peri Meri Programme. Julia has completed specialist training in Menopause CBT and is now a qualified therapist in this field.
Julia will be leading this session at the Every-One offices in Wellingore on Thursday 26th November from 2 to 4pm.
Menopause CBT, for those who may benefit and for whom it is clinically
appropriate, is designed to support individuals in
managing menopause related symptoms and improving overall wellbeing. It is particularly suited to individuals experiencing symptoms
such as hot flushes, night sweats, stress or anxiety and sleep disturbances,
especially where there is a significant impact on quality of life and where it's
contributing to negative thought patterns.
If you have any questions about this introductory session then please do get in touch at meno@every-one.org.uk
