Dyslexia Panel & Simulation
Dyslexia Basics + Simulation
Board members from Everyone Reading Illinois (ERI) will provide a general overview of dyslexia. The slideshow presentation will be followed by a short Q & A. Additionally, participants will experience a dyslexia simulation, which offers a hands-on experience that is designed to increase awareness of the difficulties and frustrations people with dyslexia encounter. Participants will experience 3-4 simulations, each lasting 10-15 minutes.
This is a free event geared toward parents and educators.
