Feeling and “doing” Agile is not enough to help people and organizations become better at what they do – we must strategically measure what is important, and then make data driven decisions to help us identify actions for long lasting improvement and achieve effective business results.

Note: This is a workshop that looks at some of the core Agile metrics that teams and organizations often use to measure delivery, and improve their products, services, solutions, and business.
