The Team Kanban Practitioner® (TKP) course gives you the knowledge and tools to boost your Agile team performance, learn to identify and solve team-based problems, and provides the foundations to be an effective Kanban practitioner.
The Kanban Method is a knowledge work management approach for teams and organizations that prefer an alternative path to Agility; one that provides a humane way of evolving and continuously improving their products and services. It is designed specifically to help teams and their organizations organize their work, improve transparency, identify bottlenecks, visualize workflows, improve communication, enhance team collaboration, work at a sustainable pace, and measure what matters most so they may to continually improve and consistently deliver effective results.
Learn the core concepts of the Kanban Method as they are applied to a team mindset by using a progressive learning approach embedded with our highly interactive simulation and focused collaborative hands-on exercises.
Experience Kanban training as it is meant to be taught, from a seasoned instructor that has 15 years teaching, coaching, and certifying over 2500 people globally in over 250 learning events from 5 continents.
Participants that successfully complete this course will earn the globally recognized Team Kanban Practitioner® (TKP) designation with Kanban University®, a certificate of success from evolutionize®, and an opportunity to join an ever-increasing global partnership of Agile and Lean experts.
