Day retreat & pre festival community gathering

A full day of movement, connection & celebration and a first taste of the evolve festival summer 🌞

We miss you and the end of August is still a while away. So we decided to make the wait a little easier and to gather beforehand as a community - to move, breathe, connect, dance together under one roof. This is part community day, part retreat, and a heartfelt taste of the magic we’re co-creating for this summer’s evolve festival. Come meet your people, feel the evolve spirit, and get to know our new urban home. 💜

Across one beautiful day you’ll flow from gentle morning movement, through a deep breathwork journey and nourishing connection, into an evening of singing, ecstatic dance and a closing sound journey. With sauna, treats from our café and donation-based massages woven throughout.

Join in whenever you want and stay however long you want. Choose you own flow.

Flowing all day

• 🫖 Nourishing café — shakes, cacao, soup, vegan cakes

• ✨ The evolve Corner — festival preview, photos & our team to connect with 

Tickets

• Full Day — the whole journey, from 9:30am
• Dance Only — from 6pm onwards (mantra circle, ecstatic dance, sound journey & closing)

What to bring

• Comfortable clothes you can move & dance in
• A water bottle (refill station on site)
• Warm socks & a layer for the quieter practices
• Lounge wear (kimono) & a towel for the sauna
• Cash if you’d like a massage (donation-based)
• An open heart 💜

Good to know

• Arrive from 9:30 to settle in before the 10:00 opening
• Food & drinks available to purchase from the café throughout the day
• Come as you are — all levels and all bodies welcome, no experience needed
