EVC Training (Initial) - Face to Face HDC Robertson House - Stevenage

This course is for new EVCs. If you have completed initial EVC Training within the last 3 years, you may prefer to attend EVC Revalidation.

We have partnered with Hertfordshire CC to provide this initial EVC Training course for new EVCs. The course provides essential training on the responsibilities of an Educational Visits Coordinator, and how to fulfil them, including: supervising off-site activities, risk management, and planning educational visits.

This is a comprehensive 6-hour course for new EVCs in schools and educational settings across England and Wales. It is delivered live by Mark Falkingham and hosted by EVOLVE Advice. The course consists of a 6-hour live face to face session. EVC certification is awarded on the successful completion.

Initial EVC Training is also recommended for EVCs who have not completed EVC Training within the last three years. Experienced EVCs looking to refresh their training on the recommended three-yearly cycle are encouraged to choose EVC Revalidation Training

How is Initial EVC Training delivered?

Initial EVC Training is made up of 6 hours of guided learning.

6 hours. Live face to face training is delivered in a small group. Due to IQA and EQA requirements, you must attend in full.
