Description
Sometimes the shift you’re looking for begins with a single breath.
Breath is one of the most powerful tools you have for healing, growth, and transformation, yet most of us are only using a fraction of its potential. This is an invitation to explore the deeper power of conscious connected breathing and discover what becomes possible when you intentionally work with your breath.
In this immersive, small-group workshop, you’ll be guided through a breathing journey designed to soften stress, release emotional and physical tension, and expand your capacity for presence, clarity, and self-awareness. Sessions are facilitated with intention, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach, creating a grounded and supportive space for both beginners and experienced breathers.

What to Expect
Arrival & Intention Setting
We begin with a brief grounding practice and guided intention setting to help you connect with where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally, while creating space for what you’d like to shift, release, or cultivate.
Conscious Connected Breathing Journey
You’ll be guided through an active breathing practice using a continuous rhythmic breathing pattern designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, mental clarity, recovery, and deeper mind-body connection.
Music and guided cues are used throughout the experience to support focus, awareness, and the overall journey.
Integration & Reflection
After the breathing portion, we transition into a quieter integration period with time to rest and reflect before closing the session together.
No prior experience is necessary. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace and honor your body throughout the session.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected, and more open to what comes next.
About Your Facilitator

Amy Smith is a certified breathwork facilitator and founder of EvolvEdge. She combines conscious connected breathwork, transformational coaching, and energy healing practices to help individuals reconnect with themselves and move beyond patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
Amy believes the breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we have for awareness, healing, and personal evolution.
