Wim Hof Method Community Session with Sound Bath

Wim Hof Method Community Event, with a Sound Bath.

Local Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor Russ will be hosting another Community event for the 'Hoffers' of the island. Combining the power of breath with sound and vibration, Kinga will be generating the ambiance as Russ guides you in the WHM breathing. As it is a WHM event, there will of course be the optional ICE BATH!!

Breathwork - Sound Bath - Ice Bath

We have opted for an afternoon session, 2pm -4.30 pm, at the amazing Frances Le Sueur Centre.
