Breathwork Retreat

Join Pete, Nic and special guests for a Breathwork retreat at Evolve Sanctuary, located in the lush rainforest of far north NSW. 

Our Breathwork Retreat will allow our guests to be guided through the Breathwork experience.  We will conduct 3 Breathwork practices over the weekend, which will educate our guests on the different facets of breathwork and a tool that they will be able to take away with them into their day to day lives.   We will also be offering ice-bath experiences, yin yoga, tea ceremony and nourishing meals.  Also at the retreat is an infrared sauna, spa, magnesium pool, and a beautiful flowing creek with waterfall and swimming hole. 

We are proud to announce our second year of events at Evolve Sanctuary for our weekend wellness and cooking retreats, located an hours drive inland between Byron Bay and Coolangatta in the lush rainforest hinterland, in the presence of majestic Wollumbin (Mount Warning.) 

Evolve sanctuary has 7 newly renovated one bedroom cabins, which contain brand new queen sized, eco friendly beds and your own private bathroom. If you would like to book as a couple to sleep together in the same cabin, simply book 2 individual cabins and we will put you together on arrival (or if you want your space then you have the option of having 2 cabins) - we hold a maximum of 9-10 guests per retreat.  

Each weekend event we host, we invite our guests to join us on a journey of discovery, and experiencing what we like to call 'a taste of wellness and letting go.' 

The ticket price includes all of the above with nothing else to pay on top of ticket price. 

We also invite our guests to just let go, and enjoy the natural surrounds, including our magnesium pool, flowing spring water creek, or you can simply opt in or out, of any of the above offerings. 

Our food philosophy is very simple, and based off Pete's last ten years of promoting and living a paleo/ketogenic approach, which includes the highest quality meat, seafood, fruit, veg, nuts, seeds and eggs. We will be having nourishing communal meals that are based on the above philosophy, and in turn, helping us to support the local farmers and fisher-people that supply this amazing bounty to us.  

The weekend retreats run from 3pm on a Friday for check in onwards, and finish at 12pm on the Sunday (2 nights accommodation).  You may book for extra nights accomodation if you wish, directly after the initial booking .

You will receive the exact address upon confirmation, with precise directions, and you will have to make your own way to the retreat which is an hour drive from Coollangatta airport (south west,) or an hour and fifteen minutes drive from Ballina airport (north west,) or 2 hours drive from Brisbane airport (south,) and approx 25 minutes from the town of Murwillumbah.
