If you're waking at 3am, struggling to fall asleep, or finding that stress hits differently than it used to then this workshop is for you.
Perimenopause hormone fluctuations destabilise the nervous system, a change that shows up clearly in your sleep. Breath is a fast and powerful way to support the transition to sleep and build stability back into the nervous system.
In this workshop you'll learn why sleep and stress shift during perimenopause, and leave with practical breathwork techniques you can use immediately, at 3am, at your desk, or whenever you need them most.
Led by Ann-Marie James, BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Oxygen Advantage certified breathwork instructor.
No experience needed. Suitable for anyone in perimenopause, approaching perimenopause, or beyond.
Mats, blankets and bolsters provided - come as you are, leave feeling informed and empowered with real-world tools.
