Ellen Waldorf, Esq., is the founder and principal of eWaldorf Mediation. Ellen has been a mediator since 2001 and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases including divorce, family, probate, and business issues. Ellen skillfully guides her clients through a collaborative process so they can address their conflict and key issues through effective conversations to achieve thoughtful solutions.
In addition, Ellen is an Associate at The Reflective Practice Institute providing education, training programs and facilitating Reflective Practice Groups; is a co-leader at Divorce Mediation Training Associates where she teaches professionals to become divorce mediators; and as a co-founder of Step to Center Ellen teaches employees and managers how to navigate interpersonal drama in the workplace.
Ellen is committed to and passionate about sharing her learned skills and practice with others and is a frequent guest speaker and educator for various institutes, conferences, and professional organizations among others.
