WE OFFER UP TO 11 WEEKS OF FUN SUMMER CAMPS:

1. SELECT FROM CONVENIENT CAMP BUNDLES TO REGISTER FOR 4, 8 and 11 WEEKS TO GET DISCOUNTS PER CAMP or;
   
   
2. SELECT FROM INDIVIDUAL WEEKS THAT FIT YOUR SCHEDULE and;
   
   
3. ADD LUNCH TO TREAT YOUR CHILD FROM LOCAL RESTAURANTS

2023 SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE

1. May 30th - June 2nd      -4 Day Camp (29th Holiday)
2. June 5th - June 9th         -5 Day Camp
3. June 12th - June 16th    -5 Day Camp
4. June 20th - June 23rd    -4 Day Camp (19th Holiday)
5. June 26th - June 30th    -5 Day Camp
6. July 3rd - July 7th           -4 Day Camp (4th Holiday)
7. July 10th - July 14th       -5 Day Camp
8. July 17th - July 21st        -5 Day Camp
9. July 24th - July 28th       -5 Day Camp
10. July 31st - Aug 4th         -5 Day Camp
11. Aug 7th - Aug 11th        -5 Day Camp

1) WHO

• Kids ages 5-12

2) DROP OFF / PICK UP

• Camp begins at 8am (Additional cost before 8:00am)
• Camp ends at 5pm (Additional cost After 5:00pm)
• Come in daily to sign-in and sign-out your child at the front desk and check if we have correct emergency phone number

3) WE DISCOURAGE:

• Games, toys or other items from home
• Electronics, video games and phones
• Smart watches, and other communicators (they break easily or get lost)
• Soda, juice, sugary drink
• Glass containers or glass bottles

4) BRING / WEAR

• Excel Academy Summer T-shirt with tennis shoes and socks daily.(1st t-shirt will be provided)
• Bring your favorite book every day (we have rest times to read)
• Keep your child's belongings in a small, labeled backpack and include a set of extra clothing (underwear, shorts, t-shirt)
  

5) LUNCH ADD-ON - KIDS FAVORITE!

• $25/entire week lunch package (must be paid in advance)
• $7 per day lunch (must be bought first day of the camp)
• Tuesdays/Thursdays are catered lunches from Kid Caters menu, Fridays/pizza lunch (these 3 days, lunches are optional.  your child can bring a sack lunch these days)   

6) ALLERGIES / MEDICATIONS

• Please talk to us about any medication/allergy medicine your child is taking or any other medical issues
• Pack any needed medicine into a clear Zip Lock bag and write your child's name and instructions on it

7) PARENTS SHOULD EXPECT

• Fill out Permission Trip Form (only one form needed for the entire summer)
• Fill out a Photo Waiver Form (only one form needed for the entire summer) 
• You will receive a "What to Expect" email for each weekly summer camp 
• Kids will discover new things /ideas
• Kids will encounter new challenges
• Kids will be encouraged to learn new social interaction skills
• Kids will interact with people outside their norm
• Kids to have lots of fun!
