Astrophysics for Beginners

An illustrated talk by Exeter University Astrophysics students, followed by stargazing opportunity outside if conditions allow.

Prepare to have your minds blown with photos and explanations of deep space, as well as our own galaxy, as the students talk passionately about their love of astrophysics and photography. Talk will include advice and information on taking pictures of space, and how to use your smart phone for this purpose. talk suitable for older children as well as adults.

Opportunities after the talk to try different picture-taking equipment, look through a telescope and have refreshments (included in the price).
