So join us in the beautiful village of Appledore in Kent for a weekend of support, preparation and relaxation with your birth partner(s).

Day one (9.30-4.00pm) is for TWO people that includes:
A full 1.5hr baby and child first aid course | Homemade buffet lunch, snacks and refreshments included | An informative talk by experienced midwife about what to expect for labour and birth | An interactive and fun intro to hypnobirthing and how it can improve your mindset for birth (and for the birth partners to understand their role!) | The basics of life with a baby including babywearing, safe sleep, car safety, baby changing, bathing and what to include in your bag(s) for birth! | The day ends with a relaxation session for the mums, and a masterclass for birth partners to feel prepared and have their questions answered in preparation for parenting.

Day two (10.00-4.00pm) is for ONE person, for the pregnant mums to come back and includes:
A talk about infant feeding and tongue tie with our experienced specialists | A homemade afternoon tea and Nosecco for lunch (allergies can be catered for) | A relaxed afternoon that includes games, raffles, more birth prep, baby and parenting items to try before you buy and a chance to socialise and chill | There will also be a FREE maternity photoshoot opportunity (photos chargeable separately from our photographer but with no obligation!) and mini pregnancy massage sessions chargeable separate to our therapist | The day ends with blissful pregnancy yoga for all abilities | Amazing jam-packed goody bags available for mums and birth partner to take away
