T62. Analog Street Portraits to Tell a Story with Colectivo 08mm
In this workshop, participants will engage in a practical exploration of portrait and visual narrative within the urban environment. Through short explanations, demonstrations, and street based exercises, the session focuses on reading the city as a photographic set and identifying micro locations, backgrounds, and narrative elements.Participants will practice fast portrait direction using simple poses, micro instructions, and rhythm control, while also working with natural light and depth of field. The aim is to understand how environment, light, and gesture shape the narrative of the image. The workshop also introduces the construction of short narrative sequences of three images, using urban objects and architecture as staging elements. In the indoor phase, these exercises are organized into a coherent series oriented toward portfolio development, concluding with a collective review and feedback session.
